Launch mechanisms for product launches and grand openings

A launch mechanism is the physical moment that reveals something new: a giant gift box that opens, a hologram sphere that counts down, a curtain that drops or a ceiling of balloons that falls. Yetivate supplies and runs launch mechanisms in Singapore, custom-branded, rehearsed and operated on the day, or available to rent and run yourself.

A drape that hides the product until it drops in one clean fall.

Balloon drop and exploding balloon release

A ceiling of balloons that falls on cue, or a giant balloon that bursts to reveal what's inside.

Puzzle box light-up

LED pole and ribbon cutting

Ceremonial openings for guests of honour, made photogenic.

Low fog, haze, spotlights and sparkle effects that frame the moment.

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose the moment

We help you pick the reveal, or a combination, that fits your story, venue and budget.

  2. 02

    Brand it

Wraps, graphics and on-screen content designed for your product and your photos.

  3. 03

    Plan the show flow

Cue timings, countdown, emcee script and who presses what, written into the run of show.

  4. 04

    Set up and test

Installed during your access time and tested until it works every time.

  5. 05

    Rehearse

A full run with your emcee and guests of honour, because in a reveal there is no second take.

  6. 06

    Operate and tear down

Our operators run the sequence live, then pack it all away.

Launch mechanisms: questions we get asked

Can everything be custom branded?

Most elements can be branded. We will advise what is possible based on the mechanism you choose and your timeline.

Can we combine a gift box, confetti, a balloon drop and an LED wall?

Yes. Combining several mechanisms is often the best way to get the biggest reaction for your budget, within what your venue allows.

Can you sync the reveal to an LED wall countdown video?

Yes. Syncing the physical reveal to an on-screen countdown is one of the cleanest ways to make the moment feel big and coordinated.

Do you provide on-site operators?

For full-service bookings, our operators run the launch sequence on the day. For rental-only bookings, we guide you and provide a video on how to run the mechanism.

How early should we book?

For custom builds, branding or a multi-effect sequence, we need at least 2 weeks for production and rehearsal. For urgent requests, ask us for the shortest possible lead time.

Can we just rent a launch mechanism and run it ourselves?

Yes. Most standalone launch mechanisms are available for rental. We prepare the mechanism and show you how to use it. Rentals are also available through our group company Eventory Asia.

Can we collect it ourselves?

Yes. Note that some mechanisms are oversized and may need a truck to transport.

What do you need from us to quote?

Your event date, venue, event time, setup access time, expected crowd size and which reveal options you are considering.
